This One Piece Episode starts with a great fight with both Blackbeard and Luffy. Talk about a punch from Luffy. It even spilled blood off Blackbeard's nose and lips. =)
The problem is Blackbeard's is far from being mediocre. He is actually one of the few who is able to suck powers from devil fruit users. For example after hitting Luffy with "cyclone absorption" (that is actually how I like to call it), blood also spills from Luffy's guts. It even shock Crocodile and Luffy's companions since He is made of rubber and how could he be injured with a punch when he usually just bounces back.
Good note also, during this time Luffy has already develop a very strong Haki. Although for the moment, he still does not realizes it but has already shown on his attacks in fact Blackbeard was already able to notice it.
