In this Episode Straw Hat Luffy meets again with Blackbeard - Teech (use to be a crew member of Luffy's brother Ace). Again they end-up fighting with immense amount of power and might.
Before the arrival of Blackbeard, Luffy fights with the Vice-warden Hanyabal. This is actually the first time that Hanyabal gives his all in a match to prove that he is truly the vice warden of Impel Down.
In most cases, Hanyabal is the exact culprit that would want Impel Down's poisonous Warden - Magellan to fail. Due to Hanyabal's ambition to be the new Warden of Impel Down, he keeps sabotaging the acts of Magellan to control the entire Impel Down prison. But since the attempts of Luffy to escape and rescue his brother Ace, Hanyabal has also given his best to subdue Luffy and his accomplish.
Also this episode shows a bit of action and how Luffy has grown through his WILD and STRONG punch to Blackbeard.
