In today's episode everybody is relieved that the war between the Whitebeard Pirates and the Marines are finally over.
Since Whitebeard is already dead chaos is about to break free. His entire island will be full of ambitious pirates who want to take his place in the New World. The New World was previously controlled by the four (4) members of the Yonkou Red Hair, Kaidou, Big Mam, and Whitebeard. With the the death of Whitebeard the balance in the New World will certainly be disrupted.
Also with the new power called Blackbeard, there is no telling what the future holds. As reported to Sengoku, he also took several "level 6 prisoners" from Impel Down to join his pirate crew. A new age is about to come, including all the pirate rookies that are also smack in the middle of this age.
With regards to Luffy, Trafalgal Law was finally able to finish his operation on him. Yet there is still no assurance if he will survive but knowing Luffy, he will surely make it.
